Kwells Kids 150 microgram tablets are for the prevention of travel sickness.

Dosage
Tablets may be sucked, chewed or swallowed up to 30 minutes before travelling to prevent travel sickness, or at the onset of nausea.
How often and Age
Over 10 years: 1 - 2 tablets every 6 hours
4 - 10 years: 1/2 - 1 tablet every 6 hours
Give as required. Do not give more than 3 times in 24 hours.
Do not give to children under 4 years.
Each tablet contains 150 micrograms of Hyoscine Hydrobromide.
Do not give to children suffering from glaucoma, paralytic ileus, pyloric stenosis, myasthenia gravis or enlarged prostate gland.
Warning: This medicine may make your child feel sleepy. If this happens they should not drive or use tools or machines.
Children who have been given Kwells should not be left unattended or be allowed to drink alcohol.
Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
